How it works

One stock, one coin, one curve.

A coin launched here is paired with exactly one tokenized stock on Solana. Its curve is priced in that stock, it launches on StonkFun, and the founder pays for the launch in SOL. The whole mechanism fits on this page.

The launch

Three steps, no wallet to connect.

01

Name

Give the coin a name, a ticker and a line or two a buyer can judge. That is what the token is called on chain, and it cannot be changed afterwards.

02

Pair

Pick one stock from the list below. The coin's curve is priced in that stock: buyers spend it, the curve holds it, sellers take it back out.

03

Pay

Give a Solana wallet address, then send the amount of SOL shown, about six dollars worth, to one address. Once it lands, the coin launches on StonkFun by itself, usually within a minute.

The address you give is recorded on chain as the coin's creator. If the payment is short or arrives late, the SOL goes back to that address. A launch the program would refuse is refunded in full.

The curve

Fixed supply, one pair, a target that moves it to a pool.

Supply1,000,000,000, fixed at launch
On the curve79.31% of the supply
Priced inthe stock you picked
Raise targetabout 85 SOL worth of that stock, set at launch
When it fillsthe rest of the supply and everything raised move to a Raydium pool
That poollocked: the founder cannot pull the liquidity

The curve rule is StonkFun's and the same for every coin launched under it. Nobody, including the founder, can change the pair, add supply, take what the curve holds or stop a trade once the coin is live.

Fees

A flat launch price, then StonkFun's one percent.

Trading

A Solana wallet, the paired stock, and a little SOL for fees.

While a coin is on its curve it trades on its market page here, or on stonkfun.xyz, where every coin launched here also appears. Connect a Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. A buy spends the paired stock and adds it to the curve; a sell pays the stock back out. Every trade needs a little SOL for network fees.

To buy a coin paired with NVDAx you hold NVDAx. The tokenized stocks here are issued on Solana by xStocks (tickers ending in x), Backpack Securities (plain tickers) and PreStocks (pre-IPO exposure tokens).

Once the curve fills and the coin moves to its Raydium pool, the market page hands over to the coin's StonkFun page.

What a buyer should know

The pair is collateral. Collateral can fall.

A raise is not a promise. The curve holds the paired stock and nothing else, so in dollar terms a coin falls with its stock even when nothing has changed on the curve. Nothing here guarantees a price, and a coin is not a claim on the share: a holder cannot exchange it for the stock. A coin listed here was launched through this site; the coin itself belongs to whoever launched it. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
What to pair with

The stocks everyone is watching.

These are the tickers a coin can be paired with here. The launch page reads the live list, with prices.
